Let's discuss your goals and go over our process! We want to make sure we're on the same page throughout the entire service and there are no surprises!
We cleanse your lashes to remove all of the natural oils your lashes hold or, if you are a makeup wearer, to get any leftover residue off.
We apply gel pads and tape to the bottom lashes to prevent them from getting in our way during the extension application.
We map out the measured lash lengths to see the outline of the style we agreed upon and provide a framework.
Before you book your refill and head out the door, we provide an aftercare kit and go over all necessary steps to best guarantee lasting results.

Still has full lash line, typically used as a fill-in for an event or special occasion.
Isolation is key. Extensions do not damage your natural lashes as long as proper isolation has been performed! Isolation means using tweezers to get a single natural lash by itself. By doing this, we can attach a single extension lash or fan onto one natural lash. This is the healthiest and only way to perform extensions and prevents breakage and/ or clumps of lashes from ripping or falling out.
When picking the style, we base it primarily on your eye shape and what your goals are! We wouldn't want to make small eyes appear smaller by giving you the wrong style. Our goal is to make the extensions bring out your natural features and open your eyes! Read more about style selection here.
Everyone's lashes are completely different, from the length to how curly they are. When choosing extension lengths, we must base it on the integrity of your natural lashes. If you have thin/ short lashes, you wouldn't want something too long as it can add unnecessary weight, which can result in early fallout. Lengths can also depend on if you wear glasses or not. We have multiple lengths and sizes to create the perfect healthy look for you.
Any products with oils in them can result in the extensions falling out early. If you absolutely feel the need to add mascara to your lashes, it's probably a sign to request something a bit more dramatic at your refill appointment.
There are mascaras formulated to be worn with extensions; however, we don't often recommend them because the lashes tend to clump together, which can pull them out, as well as making it harder to keep the extensions clean.
