Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but our skilled piercer will make the process as quick and comfortable as possible. Most clients say it feels like a quick pinch!
Your appointment will typically take about 30-45 minutes, which includes consultation, jewelry selection, preparation, the piercing itself, and aftercare instructions.
Multiple pokes can extend the appointment time, but on average, it shouldn't take longer than an hour.
It’s best to eat a light meal and stay hydrated before your appointment. Avoid alcohol and caffeine, as they can increase sensitivity and bleeding.
We’ll provide you with a detailed aftercare guide and discuss it with you before you leave. Generally, it involves cleaning the area twice daily with a warm water and avoid touching or rotating the jewelry.
Be patient and allow adequate healing time before swapping jewelry – typically 6-8 weeks for earlobes and 6-12 months for cartilage. Signs that your piercing is healed include no pain, normal-looking skin, and lack of discharge. We’ll guide you through the process and help you determine the right time to change your jewelry safely.
Absolutely! We understand that having a friend for support can make the experience more comfortable. Just let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring someone along.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we prefer to use our sterilized jewelry during the initial piercing. After your piercing has healed, you’re welcome to bring your own jewelry, and we can help you with the change.
Yes, we offer earlobe piercings for children 8 years and older, but we require parental consent and a consultation to ensure the child is comfortable and understands the process.
