Exchange Policy

At Inkvictus Studios, sustainability is at the heart of what we do. To minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact, we do not accept returns. This policy helps us:

  • Prevent Waste: Returned items that cannot be resold often end up in landfills. By not accepting returns, we reduce unnecessary waste.
  • Reduce Resources: Returns require extra packaging, transportation, and labor, increasing emissions and resource use. Avoiding returns minimizes this impact.
  • Encourage Thoughtful Purchases: A no-return policy encourages customers to make more intentional decisions, supporting sustainability efforts.

Instead, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following terms:

  • 30-Day Exchange Window: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request an exchange. We encourage you to initiate exchanges promptly to ensure a smooth process.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Unacceptable Returns: Items returned in poor condition cannot be processed. In such cases, you will be invoiced for return shipping. If the invoice is not paid within 30 days, the item will be donated, and the invoice voided.
  • Store Credit: Exchanges are issued as store credit within 5-7 business days after the item is inspected. Store credit can be used on any future purchase.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or edited once placed. Please double-check your address and product selections before completing checkout to avoid errors.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@inkvictus.com immediately. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds due to their nature or customization, including:

  • Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom Products: Personalized or made-to-order items.
  • Personal Items: Beauty products, bramis, or undergarments.
  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
  • Sale Items or Gift Cards.

Refunds

We process all refunds as store credit to reduce waste and keep our business sustainable. Once we receive and inspect your item, you will be notified if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We offer Route package protection at checkout for a small fee. If Route protection is declined, we cannot replace lost or stolen packages. If you’ve purchased Route protection and need to file a claim, start here.
