Deposits
Consults: a card on file is required to book Appointments: non-refundable. 50% for all services, 25% for cosmetic or traditional tattoos, of the service(s) cost is required to book. After 180 Days of no use: forfeited *Deposits cannot be transferred to other clients
if it results in cancellation (artist discretion based on their schedule): 50% Service cost charge
Skipping the Required Consult
appointments: Cancelled and loss of the pre-paid deposit
Pre-Care Non-Compliance or Contraindication Discovered
Appointment: Cancelled and incur a 100% service cost charge
Inappropriate Behavior
