Before 24 Hours:
15+ Minutes Late
If lateness causes cancellation (artist’s discretion): 50% of the service cost charged.
Skipping Required Consultation
- Consultations: A card on file is required to book.
- Appointments: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Expiration: Deposits are forfeited after 180 days of inactivity.
Tardiness
- Consultations: $50 charge to the card on file.
- Appointments: 100% of the service cost.
- Gifted Touch-Ups: $150 charge + inability to book future appointments.
- Pay-What-You-Can Tattoos: $50 charge to the card on file.
Rescheduling/ Cancellation
Before 24 Hours:
- Consultations: No charge.
- Appointments: Deposit transfers to the new appointment.
- Gifted Touch-Ups: No charge.
- Consultations: No charge.
- Appointments: Deposit is forfeited.
- Gifted Touch-Ups: Appointment forfeited + $150 rebooking fee.
- Consultations: No charge.
- Appointments: 100% service cost charged.
- Gifted Touch-Ups: Appointment forfeited + $150 rebooking fee.
- Failure to provide advance notice on the day of your appointment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
